I wanted 2 shirts made. She had the pictures of the shirts and still misspelled one wrong and did not format the other as I wanted. When I told her she said she would redo the one with spelling errors but the other one she “didn’t spell anything wrong and she would lose money and she did her best”. That is NOT how you conduct business- as a customer who paid for a product I expect you to deliver what I want. Will NEVER go back and won’t recommend anyone. Called my bank for dispute.
