Worst customer service in history
First off, the manager Alan was very rude and the first comment he makes as I am looking at A pair of pants was “ just so you know the pants alone run 299”. As if I could not afford it but then they lose my suit when I had to come back in and be measured because they did not do that for my suit the first time around.also as I’m waiting patiently for someone to service me, he helps and rings out the blonde behind me who just walked in.

I am a great fan of Ticknors at the Kenwood Town Centre mall. I've purchased quite a number of items from the store during the past 1.5 years, and I've completely updated my wardrobe in doing so. Since I started going there, I've received many favorable comments about the clothes I'm wearing from friends and coworkers. I am particularly pleased by the outstanding level of service provided to be me and my wife by Alan and Andrew during our visits to the store. I recommend this store and its staff with great enthusiasm!
