No refund or exchange
I got a hideous sweater for Christmas. Had to wait to return it due to Covid. Walked in was told she can’t refund, only exchange and pointed me in the direction of other hideous sweaters. I asked if I could get other things to add up to $70. She said whatever I wish. Then moments later said it was purchased more than 7 days ago and I can’t refund or exchange. I will never shop there and neither should you.
