I went to the store in Roosevelt Field. I attempted to buy a few items but changed my mind.They were rude and didn't appear to want to help me so I left.Went to another store near by and the service was wonderful.I wouldn't go back to Tilly's if you paid me.

The blond manager there has no sort of respect. I simply asked how much a backpack would cost for my daughter and when she told me the price I asked if they ever got marked down, she found it outrageous and told me to buy elsewhere. I will never shop here again due to her lack of just politeness.
Manager with no customer service skills
I purchased a long board there for 200$. Great board. But when I asked if I could use a coupon the manager there immediately said no. I'm not one to complain so I just accepted it. Later on I asked a friend who went to tillys at Walt Whitman and they had no problem using the coupon there for the same purchase a long board. I will never go to that tillys again. Terrible customer service.
