Very little customer service. Employees were talking amongst their little groups instead of helping customers and maintain the store. After watching us reach for our own clothes they asked if we need help. This store can be better if they had better employees.

Very rude customer service. Siuly never greeted me as I walked in and very distant to customers. She isn’t the type of worker you’d want to ask questions to. Definitely ruined my experience at Tilly’s.
