Pretty stupid & arrogant sales staff
People there are pretty stupid & arrogant, not a good mix! They are untrained in even putting a battery in your watch. They use the same batteries for all watches, but if it's a name brand watch, they will charge you more!
Also, I asked them to change the time for one of my watches, because I can't manually do it because the stem is broke. They said they couldn't do it,. however, I took it to a kiosk at Exton Mall called, "Back in Time", & they were able to do it.
Save yourself the cost & aggravation of stupidity & take all your watch repair needs to, "Back in Time." They know watches!
