I serviced your strore for a while. The owner, was a nice guy! The rest of the people were overworked and some should not be there. You'll never turn your inventory. You had TOO much.I tried to modify your inventory. You just piled the competition on., No room?? more displays. Reps have taken advantage of your nice ness .
Absolutely Horrendous Place
These people ARE NOT qualified to be working on any high-end watch. I promise you this.

Wish I could give them negative stars. Brought in my Longines Hydro Conquest to replace the bevel. I already had the new bevel, which I had ordered. The "jeweler" said he could do it and I left it there. He called me later for me to come back. He had drilled a whole through the original bevel and said he could not put the new one on. I obviously explained that he ruined the watch by drilling a whole through it, to which re replied that's how it's done (I'm sure Longines would disagree). Anyway, he refused to make anything right and when I argued that he ruined my watch, he replied "I've had enough of you people. I'm sick of you people." Now I should say I am a white male and was perplexed by what he meant by "you people". Of course I asked, but he kept saying you know and pointing at my shirt. I was wearing a tack-top with nothing but a big American flag on it. Take that as you may, but at the very least please do not trust these people with fixing your watch.
