difficult company to work with....... "hold" was long and digital
snowbird issue was not resolved, and billed at "new" rate which was much higher than before. cancelled service (what don't they understand??) and again, they deducted from my credit card they had on file...refund hassle.
...now trying to get back some of the $1000 they auto-deducted from my card!!
no apology, no recomp so far
...tried to sell me a new contract double the rate of previous...declined, billed anyway
...another problem was they don't seem to know what *life-line* service is..... (a rate reduction for the elderly and handicapped)
just looked at my "new may bill" for 95.59 .......telephone number is not mine!!
nor for april!!
