Poor Store Management
So I walk in torrid and was thrown back because I wasn't acknowledged by the associates they never once ask me if I needed any help all they did was hang out behind the cash register talking and laughing.When the store manager finally came back off her break she also didn't acknowledged me. I'm not sure if all torrid companies are rude,lack of customer service but something needs to be done! They really need to change their culture. Bring in someone that can turn bad customer service around to great customer service. STOP HANGING BEHIND THE COUNTER AND DO SOME WORK LIKE HELP YOUR CUSTOMERS!
