Excellent customer service. Definitely going back
I recently lost 30 pounds, thus needed new bras and panties. I had been to 4 other stores on Friday with no success or assistance from staff. I walked into Torrid and right away Rachel took me under her wing. I had never bought from Torrid before. She asked if I needed to get measured for my bra size. Yes, we did it and sooo glad we did. She found me the NEW perfect size, lift, and cup support I was looking for. We then moved to panties. This was so much fun with the cute designs (fancy, comfy and sexy). I left Torrid feeling like part of the family. IT was an AMAZING experience. If you have not been there you need to go and find Rachel!!!! She Rocks!!!
