I bought 9 pair of shoes! Two pair size was incorrect!i did exchange them but they forgot put in my bag! I call twice about issue and gave a very detailed information!when I arrived after driving a half hour I was treat very disrespectful! I start talk with manager Andrea! Since beginning I can feel attitude! I was polite waiting for response! After I purchase xtra 2 more shoes I ask for managers! They person ask for him but he left!! What? Yes I was told he took break! He know he was helping me and I asked twice between my shopping for any answer or solution with my issue after all should be set up when I arrive! When I was surprise and disrespectful I ask my helping person Lily -( who was great and very helpful ) for another manager! I still could believe what happen! Taking about care less person Andrea is perfect example! When Finally Katrin came I told her what happen! She said “ I don’t know maybe he was confused or could understand your- really ? That what you said to costumer ! Then when she gave me a bag no apology! I felt as was my foul to forget putted my shoes to the bag! I felt as I did something wrong ?? Really! When I called corporate i received call from store- again saying they I got my shoes and issue was resolved and she don’t know what happen! They said they always cares about costumers!i guess not that night Andrea! Maybe is a time to step back and realize all people matter! Just simply thought
