Do not shop here if you care for your safety.
Today I visited total wine with my girlfriend. We’ve shopped here many times with good experiences pre-COVID19. We were in a rush so we had to go in store. We always wear N95 masks and take extra precautions when shopping due to my girlfriend has damaged lungs from her asthma and is high risk for COVID19. While we were being checked out there was for some reason an ID check needed for her ID, but not mine. We are similar in age. This was the first time we’ve experienced this, but this was not a problem. A manager had come to the register to check her ID. The birthdate checked out. She then asked my girlfriend to remove her mask. She had told us she would not sell us the wine without the removal of the mask. Why would this be acceptable during times like this? I cannot believe this manager’s complete disregard for the health of customers in her store. We will never be shopping here again. If you care about your safety and health, I would stay away from this total wine.
