I had to say my experience with Totto stores regarding customer service has been a satisfying one. I was shopping at the store at Plaza San Patricio Puerto Rico on Feb 25, 2019. I was looking for a present for a relative of mine living on the island & I was only visiting for a few days. After I purchased a handbag, I realized I bought the wrong item. I took it back one hour later. The clerk was Sara Collazo and even though the rules stated no refunds, she was able to communicate with her manager and I received the refund at the end. I want to recommend the store and especially Sara, who will go the extra mile for you as a customer – she will take care of you and help you with any problem you may have. Thanks Sara! I really appreciate you and Totto brand.
