Lousy Customer Service
Store did not honor receipt policy. Clearly states,“No Refunds! Exchange permitted with receipt within 10 days of purchase.” They did not allow me to exchange my item even though I came back within 1 hour of purchase with receipt in hand. Simple solution, I’ll never support this store again.
GREATT
I shop here for all my sanrio plushies here and all of my plushies have been in great conditions and overall great experience. My younger brother was short by like a few cents almost a dollar and they weren't feisty about it and let him have the toy!!
