Poor staff quality
Went to Great Mall shop, bought a ball n a yound lady there gave me insufficient change ($0.24). I asked about it, she said flatly that she had run out of change, not apologetic, n expected me to leave. After I insisted, she asked the senior staff over to help . The other lady gave me the change while she just stood there without saying a word. Not shopping there again.
