Need a resolution
My daughter purchased a stuffed toy from Toy's Place at Oglethorpe Mall on 5/27/22. Within 30 minutes of the purchase I encouraged her to return it (she bought it for me) so she could save her money for other things. She took the item back and she said the vendor showed her on the checkout screen something that said "refund". Going over her bank statement, I saw the charge for the item but never saw the refund. Tricked a teen, not cool!
