Unsatisfied with recommended sizing
The customer service from the time entering the store was welcoming and very attentive from measuring of both feet and to seemingly knowledgeable, however while assisting us in the middle of the fit and lacing the shoes for my husband Jake the Assistant Manager asked if he could leave us to find a shoe for another shopper.. mind you this was our first outing since Covid, we expressed concern of that because my husband has been battling cancer so we didn’t want to be in there for a long time but wanted a good shoe for walking .. we spent over $200.00 for a pair of shoes that caused a huge blister on my husbands heal which is still not healed.. in soles were purchased as well and its a woman's size shoe. We live an hour and a half away too so this is so so disappointing! Was it a sales pitch or lack of true knowledge.. ?
