Horrible customer service way overpriced
Horrible customer service, and very ugly attitude I went to ask the old man working if he could weight my gold chain and he told me he did not have a scale I said what kind of jewelry store does not have a scale and he said he won't weigh my chain and I asked him why and he replied to me because I'm not going to buy anything from him and waved his hands off to me like I was a peasant ?little did he know I was interested in purchasing one.. way overpriced and horrible customer service he even shot a bird at me I do not recommend buying anything from them. Go down the strip in the mall and get your jewelery from Empire jewelers they had amazing customer service and was about $500 cheaper and I got 5grams more of gold.
