I have purchased suits and shoes from this place in the last 2 years. I was disappointed at my last purchase since the pants ripped after just a few hours of use. However, I went back and talked to the owner trying to get an exchange. He offered to fix them since there were no more pants available in the same color but due to time constraints I declined, I was feeling uneasy about the whole experience and was ready to leave the place when he offered to exchange the suit for a brand new one in a similar color. Great customer service, I plan to continue shopping there. By the way the shoes (fouger USA) are good quality and great for hard use.
