Reviews

Everyone is friendly until you have a problem by ,
This store the employees where friendly until you have a problem with one of them. It sucks as a customer because the employees get the upper hand in the end of the day. I work retail and it used to be the customer was right. The employees try to make the customer happy its not the customer job to make employees happy. Never in my life I would dream that employee would tell me if i have a problem deal with that employee. Or be told its done and over stop talking about it. As a customer I feel this store or corporate didn't do nothing to solve the problem. When other companies i have worked management would solve it by discounts or buy one or get one free deal. All i got from it was employees who are now rude and this company doesn't know their hold policy and some people get special treatment.
