I was in a trip to the states and during my visit to Atlantic city I bought many items , there was a big sale as well as the offer of " buy one get 2 free " , as i was in a hurry when buying when i went back to hotel and in revising the receipt i discoveres it stated buying 20 pieces while i actually bought 19 pieces & when i went back to the store , the store manager was very aggressive & rude and didnt try to help me at all ..moreover i discovered that they calculated all pieces and didnt do the offer of 2 for free ..so now im billed to an extra piece which i didnt buy in the first place as well as billed for all pieces of the offer of " buy one and get 2 free " ...so it is a great loss in money and very bad attitude of the store manager which Im not used to when buying with U.S. Polo as Im your loyal customer in every country I visit.
I have a photo of the receipt as well of the pieces of my complain and any regular worker can understand what Im saying as soon as looking to the offer part of the receipt ( as i bouht a lot of items which were not in offer but all were ok ) ...
I expect a firm apology and a refund of both the piece which i never bought as well as the pieces of the offer that i was billed of...
