This store was definitely not a great store! The only reason we went in was because we had a return to make because someone in our family does not know us well, so we always get things from them we don't care for. So, we have a gift receipt for the item, but it is expired because the family member bought the items months ago. We explain our situation and how we never shop here (I think that they have overpriced items), but they said that because our receipt was expired, they can only give us a in-store credit. I say that that's okay, but then they say that even though we have a gift receipt with the $39.99 price on it, they can only give us $13.99 because it is on clearance. They said that once the receipt expires after two months, they can't even give the price the family member paid for it! So finally after the teenager cashier tapping away on the register, and keep having to call over her manager we FINALLY get the gift card! We look around, but all we see is nothing good, just overpriced items. To just use up the card, my daughter found some hair things (overpriced) and we just bought those.
