Horrible inflexible manager
Horrible exchange policy. Horrible treatment by ‘store manager’ who wouldn’t allow escalation. Tried to exchange a defective album ($30) and was only offered a $1.99 credit. Manager was completely inflexible. When I ask asked for higher management was told they only communicate via email, that they didn’t actually talk with customers.
Urban outfitters no more.
