V V Eye Care - Irving, Texas 75062 - 5158 - Irving Mall

Extremely disappointed, I visit this location for my wife to have a simple yearly check u. They suggested for me to have a more detail check that they will a charge for 55 dollars. I had no problem paying this. 5 months later I get a letter from a secondary company from Houston stating that We need to pay 155 dollars and that we are pass due, I called the # from Houston over 15 times with no luck. had to called the local office which had no idea could not give me an answer this is poor customer service and a bad way to do business I hope you people had better luck I will keep you posted as this place is now trying to damage my credit and won't event call back. And the joke continue no one from the corporate office call me I got a called back from the local office. The young lady stated that we were explain the charges, This never happen. Never got a call from the corporate office when I asked her about the lack of response her statement to me was that they only collect money and do nothing else very bad business I now have to hope that hey lack of follow up and information does not result on negative impact on my credit this place make look nice but I guess if you do not buy the glasses from them it will result in back handed practices so they get there money one way or another.
