Value City Furniture - Robinson Township, Pennsylvania 15205 - Plaza at Robinson Town Centre

My original order was couch & loveseat that was delivered no problem. Had send the loveseat back because itwas to big for my living room. Stop into the store to order the chair to the set. I asked the sales associate twice that he order the chair . He reply yes the chair. It will be delivered on 12/15/20 I said I will have it for Christmas. I received a email from VC & sales Associate order a loveseat. Called the store not easy to get someone on the phone at VC no one picks up the phone. Explained how the order was entered wrong & the chair will arrived 1~5-21. I asked the manager for a small compensation 5% discount. For the inconvenience she said it was my fault I did not check my receipt. I normally let mistakes go but I spent my order was over $1000.00. Very disappointed
