Very poor customer service
Two people are sitting at desks with no one in front of them. Seven people have been waiting in the line for at least five minutes with no one being called. Seems they aren’t interested in helping anyone.
STORE NOT OPEN DURING POSTED HOURS; NOBODY ANSWERS PHONE
Very bad experience. The store hours are not as listed. The store was not even open at the time of my scheduled appointment. The store does not answer their phone and the voicemail is full. Even the Verizon representative found it impossible to reach anyone. Why can you set up an appointment online (for 10 am) and the store not even be open. VERY BAD SERVICE!
