We have had the most frustrating experience with this Verizon store and more specifically the Store Manager. We came in to sign up with a new Verizon account and trade in our old iPhones for the new iPhone 13 in return for a $800 credit (In-store Promotion). No one has helped us to receive it. It has been three months and we have yet to see this credit. This unnecessary issue has been very unprofessionally handled. Do Not Go Here
