Terrible
We upgraded our two iPhones. And we’re told to transfer and activate them at home. It’s now easier than ever said Mikey.... needless to say I had several hours wasted on the phone with Verizon tech support. Finally got one working. Had to return to the Altoona store with the other. Which is 45 minutes away. They found a bad SIM card. So now it’s working good. Mikey is a little smartass prick. All other times I’ve been to this store it’s been good.
