I went to make a change in my account. I told to the representative Ricardo the two things that I wanted to add, that I didn't want to lease and I was very clear about new contracts. He agreed and offered me a plan and he hide payments and contracts information in some of the lines. When I receive my bill is when I found that out. He made me sign for things I was very clear I didn’t want. I went to the store, Ricardo came out with an arrogant, disrespectful and completely abuse behavior. Without a hello or letting me talk started telling a monologue about the plan, and numbers and he, he and he... making completely mean less my needs and request. And if I didn’t like it, I could cancel the contracts. When I told him I already told to customer service and I was going to do it again, he respond: “they lie to clients and send them to the store so we are the ones to tell the people the truth"
