Tried to order online a new phone and service and their website doesn't work very well with Apple Macintosh systems I guess. Anyway, got into a 2-hour chat with two different agents who were somewhat helpful, but clueless otherwise. The corporate mentality and lack of service is shining again. After 2 hours they wanted to start the whole process over again and refused to ref me to a manager. I would give no star if possible.
