Very dissatisfied customer
To start with I’m leaving one star because zero is not an option. I ordered an iPhone 12 max pro online and had to go to the store in Homestead waterfront only to pick it up. There was seven people standing around the store they never called me to tell me my order was ready and the one person who brought my bag/phone off to me was on the phone on a personal call. I waited till he got off The phone I ask him if he could assist with switching my phone over from my old iPhone 6 his only response was just turn it on it’s very easy and he walked away… Very very bad customer service… Very very bad that somebody could not have assisted while there was seven employees standing around the store… Highly recommend going elsewhere

This company just SCAMMED me out fo $1200. They told us with our business account we get a free portable wifi box. We asked if there will be charges and they said no it's just a promotion and the box and service was free. We took it and never used it and noticed on our bill they locked us in to a 2 year contract at $45 for a box we NEVER EVEN ACTIVATED. These guys are shady scam artists!!!
