Park City Center Verizon Store is Tops
A friend of mine’s android phone screen died, we were far from home and needed help to either fix or replace the damaged cell phone. We visited the Verizon store at Park City Center Mall in Lancaster, PA and we received off the charts superior customer service. The sales rep, who was also the store manager was attentive, engaging and extremely helpful. I live in the Princeton NJ area but if I have need to visit a Verizon physical bricks and mortar store this is where I will come. Top notch service and patient staff made me a Customer of this location!
