Potential Verizon Caller
I called the only number available under the Monterey Verizon store website. The automated answerer ascertained that I was not a Verizon customer and told me to dial *611 to connect with my current carrier -- except I was calling because I wanted to transfer to Verizon. I searched everywhere and only got the same number with the same response. What a terrible response! Maybe they don't want any new customers except those who physically walk in.
