Customer
While the store was open until 8 pm we were denied service (to purchase a new phone) at 6pm. The manager stated that his workers were too busy to help me, and I could make an appointment for several days from now. I asked if this was policy and where this was stated on the site, and was told too bad I have a queue… however the manager wasn’t assisting customers in the queue, just turning away anyone new at the door. This is anti-service.
