Terrible Customer service
Verizon has worst Customer of all wireless carriers. After purchasing phone I had just a few questions a few weeks later. Went into store and person who "helped " me kept on telling me to take a nearby class! I had simple things that he finally answered all the while looking around to see if he was missing out on a "real " customer. I acknowledged his rudeness as i left store very unhappy. I also bought an additional memory card and apparently clerk never transferred my apps. Just spent 30 minutes on phone with c/s and they finally offered a free month of service due to all problems. A lot of time and frustration and I will still have to go into store to remedy memory problem.
