Russell cell is a rip off company
At the time of the purchase of our phones there was a promotion that the sales person said we would receve 800.00 trade in. When checking about a month later the company only gave 400.00 trade in. When checking with verison the promotion was only for 400.00 the sails person said he would get it fixed been over 3 monts and nothing has been done. Also they give you a store credit of 35.00 per line that could be used in store..this is a scam. Dont use
