Very disappointed that this store allowed someone to purchase and IPadAir under my name and I live in AZ. And give them another phone number added to acct for it then ordered an Iphone14 also tried to cancel my sons number. Andrew was sales associate. Amazed that this can happen! Reported as Fraud to Verizon!

Calling in for information is one of the worst I have ever used. They kept getting my stuff wrong, it took for ever to get to talk to someone live. and when I went into the store they told me I would have to wait over an hour for service, there were not thaat many people in the store, your customer service if horrible
