Verizon Wireless - Shawnee, Oklahoma 74804 - Shawnee Mall

Courtney has gone above and beyond to help us with a transfer of my husband's phone number from a "reseller" of Verizon service. The small company, Bravado Wireless, held our phone number "hostage" for almost 3 weeks before releasing the number for transfer! Courtney from the Shawnee Verizon store has been so kind and has worked so hard to get this completed! The customer care department of Verizon is awesome! I spent a lot of time on the phone trying with a number of different people and EVERYONE from Verizon are exceptional! From the store in the Shawnee Mall where Courtney started the process with us to the wonderful people in the "porting" department, Verizon should be commended for the outstanding quality of employees they have chosen to represent their company! In these days where nobody seems to care, Verizon should be considered the "BENCH MARK" of high quality CUSTOMER SERVICE! I cannot say enough good things about Verizon with high marks to Courtney of the Shawnee Mall store, Seni in the porting department from the Alabama/Georgia area, Zach, district manager covering the Shawnee Mall area and everyone who has helped with the transfer of our second phone away from a small local phone company with terrible customer service. This experience has shown us that Verizon is not only focused on a high quality product, VERIZON CARES ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS! Can't find the words to fully express our appreciation!

Sold me a plan that didn't work the way I told them I needed. They swore you could use a jetpack with an unlimited plan and have unlimited 4g data through the jetpack. They signed me up for a two year contract on the jetpack without my consent. Constantly lying workers. Only willing to give me 50% of money back after only using for 10 days. The workers are either highly inept or downright fraudulent. This is a verizon retailer not an actual verizon store. Do yourself a favor and use a Verizon corporate store.
