If I could give this store a "no star rating" I would. The customer service rep that was assigned to me hurried me thru my phone selection and sent me home with no instructions on how to set-up my new Galaxy Note 8. I ended up having to visit another store who was very helpful and did exactly what the first Verizen store should have done in the first place. Clearly, the store in the mall is all about getting people in and out and, of course, the commission. I wish I could have my $1,100 back. Buyer beware...the convenient location is NOT worth the hassle.
