Poor Customer Service
Very poor customer service. I went in to buy a new phone and we settled on a price. When they went to retrieve the phone I was told I needed to get unlimited DATA which would have been an additional $25 a month. It was never mentioned until they brought the phone out after we settled on price. At that point I said no. I then went to another Verizon store and they gave me same phone at a cheaper rate with no conditions. I also wanted to buy a hot spot at this Verizon store and they did not want to wave the activation fee which is $40. When I called Verizon to cancel my hot spot line they offered to wave the fee. So I asked why it wasnt done in store and the customer service rep told me the store should have offered it. Honestly awful store customer service at this store. There are plenty of other store with knowledgable reps who dont try to cheat you.
