If i could give no stars I would. This location does not have any customer service. I bought two I phones there along with a tablet. it took two trips to the store and over 10 hours and the phones still were not updated and ready to use. These people do not know what they are doing but they sure know how to charge for everything. We have 4 phones on our plan & a tablet. I got the first bill and was charged for 5 phones and a tablet . This morning I discovered one of the phones on our plan was not activated - this was a flip phone that I had given to my 89 year old mother several years ago for emergencies that she carries in her purse. I had to call national to get it set up. I called the store to get a credit on the set up fees - which by the way they should not be charging - and was told they could do nothing about it. I spoke to the assistant manager (Tammy) first and she told me she was in a meeting but would call me back within 15 minutes. Instead 1/2 hour later a sales associate (Stephanie) called me saying the manager & assistant manager were in a meeting and could not talk. However she kept asking the manager questions and finally he did (Paul King) get on the phone. He refused to do anything about the situation. This location is very poor - stay clear. Verizon would be money ahead to take their franchise away. Training needs to be done for all their staff from the top on down. They should have directed us to a corporate verizon dealer since they were unable to do their job.
