My family and I had a terrible experience in this store. We were trying to buy 3 cellphones and all the sales rep (female) wanted to do was upscale our usage plan and state that they never "hold" phones (as we were promised by telephone the night before). This woman was rude, condescending, unhelpful and had a bad attitude. She claimed to be very busy (2 other customers in the store. She needs to retire). We walked out, went to the apple store and bought 3 phones and 2 computers. THEY were awesome. What were we thinking??
