Horrible incompetent and Dishonest
I would have given lower star if I was able to. They lied to me that the Verizon in Westminster Mall is a Verizon subsidiary and they are a Verizon company. They switched me from consumer to business plan without disclosing that I will lose my hotspot. The representative Katlina or whatever she called herself was totally incompetent. I was there for 6 hours and she messed up everything. The next day my Apple Watch was disconnected and gave a profile for Apple Watch that it is SE phone! She said she had to remove one of the number to upgrade and give us a new number. Since it was my child’s phone I did not see any issues. She not only did not disconnect the old number and left it on my account, she added another number and I ended up with 4 lines while being charged by Verizon. I had no ability to access my account on Verizon app because they messed up my profile and All my history and bills for the past years were all gone. I have been working with Verizon to fix the issue. Stay away.
