The WORST company to deal with in my long life. Incompetent after incompetent after incompetent. The worst part is that their computer people are the biggest incompetents of the bunch. They make it just about impossible to talk to a human being unless you go to a store, and the AI on their automated chat is so limited that it's just completely without value. Worthless. It tells me to log in, but it won't let me. First it gov me a security question I never approved because I have no idea what the answer would be. Then it says to change my password, but it won't let me because my account doesn't exist. Yet Verizon is BILLING ME FOR THIS NONEXISTENT ACOUNT. Absolutely incompetent! One star is one too many for Verizon.
