Changing from a droid to iPhone 7
My sales person took 3hours to change me over from a droid phone to the apple 7s I also brought the iPad mini so One week later I brought back the iPad it was too small I asked to get my credit back of course they took money off for restocking fees . It took two weeks to get my credit back she acted like she was so angry because she was losing money because I brought the iPad back. There was a young man there who was very nice who helped her get my phone connected it was like her first day there I didn't care for attitude. Seems like she did not know too much about the product maybe they should let her take a few more classes on how to work the iPhone and how to treat a customer it was so late she couldn't even show me the phone and how to work it I am new to Apple always been a droid owner.
