Verizon customer service
When walking into the store we were greeted by an employee named josh. He showed us some phone cases that come with some attachments and had a display of the attachments we would be getting. Arriving home I look at the phone case to see a different setup which is nothing like the one he showed us. When trying to return it for the proper one Josh was extremely rude and charged a fee for the return saying the case was used because it had fingerprints from when he showed it to us. Will be contacting Verizon as the customers who pay so much should not be getting treated this way.
