Your staff would rather sit on there ass and do nothing that help a good paying customer. I have my business account there . And I ask to transfer my contacts over to a phone . If I can find another company that will change all four of my phones over to there service I will be changing . I have had nothing but bad service from that Verizon store . They have no one who can do there job right . You can't talk to anyone who cares . Bad business
