I am writing this review as a warning to fellow Versace shoppers. I recently purchased a pair of shoes at Versace in Boca Raton. The shoes were DEFECTIVE and the manager was unwilling to help me exchange this defective merchandise. I presented the shoes with the original receipt and was told that I would receive no help and I had no redress for my situation. I shop at Versace for quality merchandise and excellent customer service- neither of
