You would think that if this mall that only had 3 occupied unites of the multitude available they would bend over backwards to earn your trust/business. We are smack dab in the middle of the COVID 19 pandemic- you walk in the front door to the sanitizer dispenser only to find it completely EMPTY!!! Thanks for looking out for your customers. Mall hours on the door state open at 9am, but store hours for businesses don’t open till 11am. Spoke with mall manager Michelle and she said those hours posted are for mall walkers, not actual customers wanting to shop and spend money! Last time I checked the mall walkers don’t pay the bills. Actual $$$$ does. To get to the root of the issue I called the mall management to share my concerns I was hung up on more than 4 times and when you ask to speak with upper management they tell you that is not an option. Gone are the days of customer service, hello “just go away” and don’t you dare want to speak with a decision maker”....Steve Plaster, Mall executive....you can run but you can’t hide behind all the people that hang up on paying customers. With only 3 occupied spaces rented out of roughly 20 vacant you can’t afford to be a coward for much longer. Best of luck doing business this way.
