I recently brought my PC to VGH in Moscow, Idaho. The staff was very friendly and well-informed. The technician, Jason, went above and beyond to see that my computer was put in working order. It was not an easy task as I was blocked from my computer due to unsolicited Microsoft upgrades. Jason not only fixed the computer, but calmed me as I stressed and related my concerns. Seldom does one find a skilled technician that also has people skills. Thank you, Jason.
